The home is beautiful and a very comfortable place to stay. All the amenities one could want. The view is really that beautiful. The back yard area is very pleasant and we enjoyed it quite a lot. There are many wonderful restaurants close by, some within walking distance. The property manager was very attentive and answered all our questions and came by in person to help in any way possible. The home and property are very well maintained. I highly recommend Kainani Villa 5. 4 out of 5 stars

Our group really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is clean, well-maintained, well-stocked and very comfortable. The setting is beautiful and we enjoyed visits from a neighbor’s cat. Kauai vacation stay

The property was in a nice residential community situated on a golf course. The beaches were a short drive away and very convenient to get to from the property. Nearby shopping center for groceries and supplies for our weeklong stay. Close to lots of restaurants as well by the beach. Enjoyed a glorious sunset dinner at the Beach House as well as nice panoramic views of the ocean dining outside.An adequate number of toiletries, towels, robes, and kitchen supplies along with coffee were provided. The only complaint is that we requested bedding for the sofa bed which they promised to drop off that did not make it. Otherwise, everything else was great. Also, having the beach chairs with the umbrella was well appreciated for our trips to the beach. 5 out of 5 stars

We highly recommend Kailani Villa 5 for your family and vacation. Everything about this booking was first class. All of the communications have been friendly and pleasant and full of information and help. The villa itself is of a very high standard of furnishings, decoration and cleanliness. In our experience the owners also paid attention to the small details that can catch travelers out on a short trip such as beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and cool box for the beach, and then ice already in the freezer! The views are wonderful, facing right into the settling sun, and the patio is nicely shielded from the trade winds. It was a lovely trip, thank you. 5 out of 5 stars

Loved the indoor outdoor feel of the home with views if the ocean from the master bedroom and kitchen/living area. The home is very beautiful and functional. The villa is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living and dining spaces, and the spacious primary bath. The villa was immaculate, with comfortable beds and soft linens. Stunning Ocean View Villa

Because the villa is set up on a hill in the beautiful Kukui’ula development, it has a great view of the surrounding area including the ocean. Sunsets are great to watch here. The villa is very high end. The indoor and outdoor areas flow into one giant space. The master bathroom has separate spaces for two people with gorgeous waterfall granite countertops. Appliances are all top notch Miele brand. Everything in this villa is very well taken care of and in pristine condition. One night when we came home from dinner, we discovered we locked ourselves out of the home. We were so grateful and impressed that within 10 minutes, the property manager was there to help out. He was kind and understanding even though it was late. Property managers very quick to respond throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! 5 out of 5 stars
