Perfect Family House

The house is located on a quiet street with the green belt as your backyard. It was so easy to walk right out and to either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach. The house had 3 ensuite bedrooms which were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, although we didn't eat anything besides breakfast there.The house had all the beach stuff you need. (chairs, towels, umbrellas). Also very nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent provided. We would definitely stay again, the place was plenty big and gave everyone the privacy they needed. 5 out of 5 stars

Perfect vacation spot for family.

The home was very clean which is highly appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. The large outdoor table looking over the lovely yard in this quiet neighborhood was enjoyed for every meal for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. There is a paved path to the right and left out the back, both leading to the beach/ocean in about a 5 and 10 minute walk, respectively. The 5 minute walk also takes you to easy access pool. Generous beach and bath towel supply. All appliances and grill in working order. We’d love to repeat our vacation. Thank you!! 5 out of 5 stars

Clean, modern, and great location

The house looks exactly like the photos and is bright and open. We had so much fun hanging in out at the house but it was also a perfect location to walk to beaches and restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and the refrigerator was huge. Even has a double oven! We loved it. 5 out of 5 stars

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The home was clean and welcoming. We loved the large open windows that let the beautiful sun in. The Kitchen was excellent.The only downside was that their were some windows in the bedrooms without shades or coverings and did not provide adequate privacy from neighbors or guests on patio. 5 out of 5 stars

Warm, Clean Home + Excellent Location. Our experience was excellent, a 10 out of 10! The check-in instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The house is freshly remodeled and has everything we need for our four boys. The location is a five-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach, and we especially liked the green belt location, so the boys had an expansive area to play. The manager checked in with us several times, but they did not need to, as the house had everything we needed. 5 out of 5 stars

Our stay at Hale Kupaa was fabulous! We loved the space the property provided as well as the light and bright feel of the home! It was nice being so close to the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck beach. Gorgeous home in great location

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It’s new, beautiful and clean. The layout was perfect for 3 couples and a couple little kiddos. All 3 bedrooms have an on suite bathroom. The kitchen and great room are perfect for the family to come together. The table on the back deck is perfect too. It’s just a short walk to the pool and beaches. The location is close to all the best Poipu beaches, food and shopping.Our interactions with the management company were all great. They are very quick to respond. The checkout process was the best I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely give this property 5 stars. The only thing I would recommend is a window covering on the bedroom window that faces the back deck. Not much privacy with an open window. Also, make sure you don’t have the exterior house lights on ever. We had them on at 7:45 pm because my sister ran to the store and some people from the neighborhood knocked on our door to tell us that exterior lights have to be off. It was only 7:45 pm. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had a wonderful experience. 5 out of 5 stars
