We visited Hale Keoniloa with my wife's extended family in February 2024. The property is in an excellent neighborhood, was clean and inviting, and met all of our expectations. A few refrigeration units were not working, but management brought in an extra fridge/freezer for the garage, so all needs were met. The team at Wailani was responsive and kind at all times relevant, and I would recommend their managed properties to anyone interested in visiting the island. Mahalo! 5 out of 5 stars

We rented this house to stay in while getting married on Kauai and it was perfect for our family and a couple of close friends. 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping close by, and we couldn't get the kids out of the pool. House was clean and stunning on the inside. We had a clogged sink at one point and there was someone there to fix it within an hour or two of calling. 5 out of 5 stars

This home was immaculate with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing view, and fantastic pool and garden area. The kids spent many, many hours in the pool and we all spent a lot of time out on the patio or the upstairs lanai. It was magical and the best vacation rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying. Hosts responded to questions quickly and were very hospitable. We utilized the green belt for daily walks as well as for getting to the beach and local restaurants. I cannot say enough about how great this place was. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again in the future. 5 out of 5 stars

We loved and appreciated everything about this fabulous home! We arrived as an active family of eight: grandparents, son, his wife, and four grandchildren 10-21 in age. We enjoyed all the opportunities the convenient location offered; walking, or driving, to beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping. The beautifully landscaped yard with perfect pool, spa, and comfortably placed outdoor furnishings was a favorite with everyone. The well-designed open floor plan is absolutely gorgeous with striking wood floors and high wood ceilings. Beautiful views of the lush surroundings and ocean view from the spacious lanai off the living and kitchen areas. The well-equipped kitchen was a delight for food preparation and family conversations. We felt the house was well-represented and said welcome in every way. I am not one to leave reviews but this property was exceptional. This was a family vacation - 11 of us spanning 3 generations. This house was perfect for us. The location,size,amenities,cleaniness and an amazing swimming pool. We do not have 1 complaint!I personally want to thank Mika from Wailani Properties as he went above and beyond - actually meeting us at the airport as we were leaving to give us something that we had left behind. Whatever we needed he was there within the hour to repair and a/c or drop of supplies. Mahalo Mika! We had a great trip.I highly recommend this home. 5 out of 5 stars

Our experience was perfect from start to finish with this property. Excellent communication with the management company throughout and a description and pictures that were accurate and arguably even understated. The property is exceptionally well maintained with manicured finishes throughout including the beautiful landscaping and exterior. The kitchen is well equipped with great cookware, multiple sets of matching dishes and even sharpened knives. We enjoyed nearly every meal on the lania to take in the views of the ocean and mountains, while enjoying visits from the occasional red-necked cardinal. Perhaps the greatest surprise was the pool and spa. It was beautiful, simple, heated, and luxurious in a setting that fully captured the reason people visit Hawaii. 5 out of 5 stars

This is a wonderful property and was perfect for our group of 11. Great location with a short scenic walk to the beach. There is a small ocean view from the covered deck that isn't shown in the property pics. The property is beautifully landscaped and feels private despite nearby houses. The management was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs, even providing a wonderful concierge to help with reservations - a challenge for a group our size. Our extended family (including kids through grandparents) had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home. It is very conveniently located for everything we wanted to do on the island. The home itself is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. The views are gorgeous, the pool and hot tub wonderful, the beds fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked with any tools/appliances you could want which made it easy to cook breakfasts and some dinners in. Lovely beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for exploring the local beaches. Highly recommend! The management company was extremely responsive with any questions. 5 out of 5 stars

The home is beautifully decorated with wooden furniture and cabinetry. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area around the pool and spa. It added a delightful element that we hadn’t expected for our evenings at home. The location was great as we could walk to Shipwrecks beach and other points for sunsets and swimming. We also explored the Waimea Canyon, took a charter boat tour of the NaPali coast,and went scuba diving from shore all of which were easily accessible from this house. Upon arrival there were a few minor items that needed attention which were promptly and courteously attended to by Sean. There was a slight musty smell in the downstairs which is not air-conditioned. We had a great visit. Mahalo. 5 out of 5 stars

Beautifully appointed and furnished house with everything you could need. Within walking distance to great beaches and restaurants, with views of the ocean from the lanai. Excellent floor plan provides both privacy and plenty of room for gatherings. This house felt like paradise, and helped complete the perfect vacation for our family. Mika and Sean, our concierge contacts, were extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this home for a Kauai getaway. 5 out of 5 stars
