This home is absolutely beautiful. Located in a great location and in close proximity to restaurants and beaches. The bedrooms are all spacious, the kitchen is a great setup for large groups, and the backyard lanai is perfect. The infinity pool and spa, as well as the backyard swings and large table are perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed many nights outside on the lanai playing cards and in the pool. Highly recommend this villa-you will not be disappointed!! The house is also well stocked with kitchen items, toiletries and towels etc! The grounds are very well kept & the neighborhood was quiet!! The villa is also well maintained and the checkin/checkout process was easy! We will definitely be back. 5 out of 5 stars

House was beautiful in a beautiful setting. Pool was a little cool but kids loved it. Hot tub was great. Cookware was not the best. We did use the griddle on the stove top. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our multi family group. 5 out of 5 stars

Absolutely Amazing

This house is amazing in all aspects. We had a large group and it was very spacious. Huge living and kitchen area. Each bedroom was was large and the bunkbed room for kids was perfect. Also each bedroom have it's own bathroom was nice. We spent most of our time outside in the pool area. The pool amd hot tub were the best part of the house. The backyard gives you an awesome view of the golf course as well. The whole house has Sonos speakers that you can easily link in to. That was nice. Also a great grill area outside with a tv under a canopy so you stay cooler while grilling. The landscaping was truly beautiful too. Also plenty of room in driveway to park 3 suv's. House was also very clean and had plenty of towels for use. Very well equipped kitchen, wine fridge and big sub zero. Also fridge out by grill which was very convenient. Guest services was extremely helpful and responded very quickly wjen we had questions. I wouldn't even bother looking for another house when we come back to Kauai. I'd just find available dates here. 5 out of 5 stars

Hale Ho'oli is a gorgeous property with an unbelievable view and the perfect setup for a family vacation. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed. At times it was even difficult to leave the property and explore the island because the home has a breathtaking view. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms provided a great setup for our large family. The Wailani Kauai concierge service even provided us with an excellent recommendation for a chef for a birthday celebration. The house is a short walk to the Kukuiula shops and short drive to Po'ipu Beach. We can't wait to go back! 5 out of 5 stars

Poipu Revisited

The home was clean and setup well for our crew of 6 adults, two children and two infants. The pool was just the right size and depth for kids. The outdoor lanai and pavilion were great for cooking, eating and relaxing. The only negatives are as follows. The pots and pans are old, worn, and not up to the quality you would expect from a rental like this. Unfortunately a few of the king beds are also worn out and in need of replacement. The air conditioner in the adu was broken and a noisy temporary unit was installed without notice. The pool equipment was very noisy and was a nuisance when sitting outside. The location is a 3-7 minute drive to beaches, shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay. 3 out of 5 stars

Hale Ho'oli is a wonderful home. Our family of 10 stayed for five nights the beginning of June and found the home to be spacious, well appointed and everything we had hoped for. The house is five to ten minutes from everything yet removed enough that we had all the privacy we needed. The views across the golf course are spectacular and everyone loved the pool. We had a small problem with the air conditioning and Chris, with Wailani Kauai, went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of and that the problem was fixed. We all can't wait to come back to this wonderful house. 5 out of 5 stars
Gorgeous home in Kauai!

We stayed at this home for 10 days in April 2023. The house is gorgeous, clean and well decorated in a newer housing development in the Poipu area. The layout of the house (and guest house) make it feel even more spacious than 3000 sq feet and you could easily stay here with several families and be comfortable. There’s plenty of outdoor living space to utilize as well. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are decent sized. It is well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with most things you would need. The beds, linens and towels are high quality.The location is about a 5 min drive from the beach (or a 30 min walk). The ocean views are partial but you do see lots of green w the golf course and landscaping. Because the community is relatively new, there is construction ongoing around the home. The street the home is on is pretty much finished - but new homes are going up on nearby streets. We didn’t hear much construction noise thankfully. You can also take a short walking path down to the Shops - it takes 15-20 minutes - which is a nice option to just walk to dinner / drinks. The property management was good and responsive — except we had confirmed in advance that the pool had a cover (one of our children is a toddler and not swim safe). Unfortunately the cover was broken upon arrival with no possibility to be fixed during our stay. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend this home if you’re headed to Poipu as a family or group. 5 out of 5 stars
