Hawaiian paradise

my family and I came to Kauai for a celebration. I chose this property because it looked spectacular online. When we arrived and walked onto the property for the first time, it is even more beautiful in person than the photos. There are separate buildings with covered walkways to get from one to the other. The master suite is the only building with air conditioning. The other buildings have fans and with the doors open, we found them to be comfortable. The house has pretty much everything you could want or need it was clean, but could use a little updating or paint touchups here and there. I would definitely recommend this property. The house is in a short drive to most of the activities that we did while we were there, there are several beaches within a short drive. The house has a private beach, which is very small and very rocky, but beautiful sea turtles came almost daily to lay on the beach. The pool is not heated, but is comfortable and the hot tub is heated. We did a boat tour along the coast, a luau dinner on a plantation, a helicopter tour over the island, hikes to waterfalls. There are many good restaurants. The property management is very accessible and helpful. They can book many of the activities for year. There is also a shed on the property filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Cannot wait to return!

What an amazing property! From the moment we walked in to the day we left, we had the best experience. We were there celebrating our small family, and we did a gender reveal with 30 friends and family watching remotely. This property has everything from sea turtles, sea lions, spouting horn, and surfing right at your doorstep. It is the perfect location to get to all areas of the island.a few items to note: the AC is only in the master bedroom and during peak hours I’m sure the house will be very warm. We were there in early May and had a nice breeze through the main house and 2 other bedrooms. The house is a bit dated, but the property and views make up for it. The kitchen needs a facelift but it does have all the pots, pans, blenders, utensils, lots of good spices, 3 coffee makers including a nespresso, keurig, and regular drip.Overall I can’t say enough about this house. The property is truly exceptional and it was the best family vacation.

Spectacular location on Kauai

The location of this property can not be beat. Very private with well maintained grounds and sea turtles and Spouting Horn viewing right from the lawn. Very conveniently located to see any sights on the island. A few notes about the interior: the furniture is very dated (uncomfortable) and the kitchen desperately needs an upgrade. But the beds were very comfy and the master suite was lovely. Also the kitchen and house were stocked with everything you would need. The air conditioning in the primary bedroom was much appreciated but it can get warm in the rest of the house. We weren't spending too much time indoors so this didn't limit us from having a relaxing and enjoyable time at this property. But it would be A++ with a few investments by the property owner.

Was the best stay we ever had . This place is perfect. Amazing. The property is huge, private, gorgeous. Amazing views. Amazing house. Amazing experience. We truly loved it and recommend it wholeheartedly. Staying here elevated our entire Kauai experience. Will stay again if we are lucky enough to be back on Kauai.

This property is a one of a kind special place that combines location and privacy beyond belief. The unique layout of an oceanfront house on 3/4 acre spread-out in a way to give three separate rooms each there own feel of a private stay but having a common kitchen and gathering room bringing all together provides the best of both worlds for all guests.The pool and spa are perfectly located on the end next to spouting horn providing a front and center display while enjoying. Each morning you are entertained by a host of sea life from a family of turtles to tired monk seals and the land critters such as the resident rooster and cardinals. The tidepools are endless and the flora and fauna is beyond belief. Anyone considering this location should jump at the opportunity to stay. Management communication was perfect and seamless check in and departure.
